Rush Street Interactive reported record second-quarter revenue of $393.8 million, up 46% from a year earlier, alongside record net income of $29.3 million and record adjusted EBITDA of $64.6 million, up 61%. The company also raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.56 billion-$1.6 billion and its adjusted EBITDA outlook to $245 million-$265 million.
RSI said its casino-first strategy remained the foundation of the business, with online casino accounting for 72% of second-quarter revenue. Online casino revenue rose 40% year over year, while North American monthly active users increased 51% to about 296,000, led by 64% growth in markets offering online casino gaming.
The casino business was strong across several states. In investor materials reported by Covers, the company said an iCasino player generates more than four times the gross gaming revenue of a sportsbook-only customer, and nearly 12 times as much when the same customer also bets on sports. The same materials said women made up 51% of RSI’s North American casino customers, compared with 15% of sportsbook-only users, and that casino customers were older on average, at 40.1 years versus 37.4.
Sports betting also contributed to the quarter. RSI said its sports markets benefited from the World Cup, and Chief executive Richard Schwartz said the company delivered another record quarter, driven by share gains in online casino and strength in its sports markets.
The company also said it launched online casino and online sports in Alberta earlier in July. Covers reported that RSI launched a shared-liquidity poker network across Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia, and that its quarterly adjusted EBITDA margin was above 16%.
The full-year outlook assumes only operations in jurisdictions live as of the guidance date and similar tax structures, including Colombia’s temporary emergency 16% tax decree. RSI said the guidance also reflects assumptions about market maturation and competitive dynamics.
