The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has issued a vendor permit to Intelitics, allowing the company to work with online sportsbooks and casinos in the state.

Irvine, CA-based Intelitics provides a marketing and analytics platform. Michigan is the fourth state where the company holds a permit. It is already active in Colorado, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Intelitics said it expects additional permits to be issued later this year, as the brand aims to have a presence in all the states where online gambling is regulated.

“We are thrilled to have been awarded a license by the MGCB and to be able to partner with licensed sports betting and casino operators in the state for the first time,” CEO Allan Stone said, according to reports. “There are tremendous opportunities for operators launching into regulated states such as Michigan, but already we are seeing customer acquisition costs spiraling. To succeed in the long term, operators must find a more cost-effective way to acquire players.”

The timing of this permit’s issuance could boost the success of the regulated legal online gaming industry in the Wolverine State.

Michigan operators will undoubtedly be intrigued and eager to see how this move can benefit them. The primary aim of Intelitics is to help online gambling brands maximize their revenue and improve customer numbers. At present, it remains to be seen who the company will team up with to get better results.

About Intelitics

Intelitics offers a real-time data platform where companies can track activity, analyze performance, and redirect resources for growth.

The company has previously worked with Casino Affiliate Programs, which handles iGaming advertisements. The result of their partnership was $70 million in net revenue and 150,000 new customers.

Providing information to executives, media buyers and other departments, the Intelitics hub pulls together data from several channels.

Recent Partnerships

Last April, Intelitics entered a partnership with StatMuse, a company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to facilitate conversational searches for sports stats and information. The agreement calls for Intelitics to serve as StatMuse’s exclusive monetization partner in the US and internationally.

“Legal sports betting is growing at a rapid pace across the US and this deal will allow StatMuse to leverage and monetize its traffic through partnerships that maximize the value of their traffic,” Stone said at the time, according to reports. “For us, it further positions Intelitics as the marketing partner of choice in the betting space.”

Intelitics entered into a separate agreement with Rushmore Gaming in mid-July. Under the agreement, Intelitics will serve as the exclusive user acquisition partner in the US for BetRushmore, a retail and online sportsbook operator owned by Rushmore Gaming.

BetRushmore will reportedly make its debut as on online and mobile sportsbook provider in Iowa. The company is not currently listed as having partnered with any of the casinos in the state, according to the website for the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.

“On making our market debut in Iowa, we want to hit the ground running and ensure our marketing and user acquisition strategies and activities are right from day one and to do this we knew we needed to identify the right partner,” Gary King, president of BetRushmore, commented at the time of the deal with Intelitics.

King reportedly added that Intelitics has a team of marketers “combined with a powerful platform that will allow us to achieve our goal of acquiring customers at scale but with the optimum return on investment.”
