The seven iGaming states generated $1.03 billion in U.S. online casino revenue in May, according to a roundup published by Sports Betting Dime on June 29.
Sports Betting Dime said the May result was the fifth time in the last six months that U.S. online casino revenue surpassed $1 billion.
Sports Betting Dime reported that May’s $1.03 billion represented a 14.7% increase versus May 2025, and a 2.4% increase compared with April.
The article said U.S. online casino revenue growth on a year-over-year basis marked its second straight month with growth under $132 million.
Sports Betting Dime also said U.S. iGaming revenue for 2026 through the first five months totaled $5.04 billion.
Separately, Sports Betting Dime said Michigan continued to stay above 20% year-over-year online casino growth throughout 2026.
The roundup attributed Michigan’s high growth rates to the addition of Hard Rock Casino and bet365 Casino over the last six months.
Sports Betting Dime said the country was on pace to surpass $12 billion in online casino revenue for 2026.
