One of the largest tribal casinos in the US, FireKeepers Casino, has selected OtherLevels as their digital players engagement partner.
Philadelphia-based OtherLevels has been one of the leaders in cross-channel marketing for the gambling industry for years and now expands its clients list to the popular Michigan casino operator.
As part of the partnership, OtherLevels will provide web, app, inbox and interstitial messaging for the operator’s digital casino and sports betting products, which have been rolled out over the last several months.
FireKeepers Casino hopes to utilize OtherLevels’ data-led messaging capabilities and improve their digital fan engagement by providing more direct messaging to current and potential players.
OtherLevels’ Sports Engagement Platform offers a unique product by combining CRM data, user actions and live game data feeds to provide relevant, real-time messages that engage players and provide them with valuable content. FireKeepers players will get an improved experience as a result, benefiting both sides.

OtherLevels is already partnered with Scientific Games Digital, the main provider of FireKeepers Casino digital gaming content, which will enable a smooth and seamless transition of player activity data.
The company will also be able to use real-time user data and deliver unique and relevant messages to the players with a high degree of customization based on player value, personal preferences, past behaviors, geolocation and more.
FireKeepers building their digital players base
FireKeepers Casino launched its digital casino and sports betting products in July, after gambling legalization in the state of Michigan passed in January.
Since then, the operator has been focused on driving traffic to their online products by finding ways to engage with new customers and approaching their existing live players.
The new partnership with OtherLevels will allow FireKeepers to instantly access the best multichannel marketing capabilities in the industry, driving player registrations, improving player retention, and maximizing player activity and participation.
The partnership will also allow the casino operator to form closer and more substantial relationships with its player base and increase the lifetime value of each customer they are able to bring onto the site or mobile app.

Combined, these improvements to the operator’s online product aim at increasing its monthly revenue, which stood at $1.1 million in the month of September.
