One of the leading gaming companies in the US, Rush Street Interactive has announced a partnership with world-renowned iGaming supplier Evolution Gaming. The deal will bring popular casino games from the Red Tiger studio to BetRivers.com players in Michigan.

This new deal will see Red Tiger titles such as Bounty Raid, Reel Keeper and 777 Strike become available to BetRivers Casino MI players right away, with additional games like Gonzo’s Quest Megaways, Piggy Riches Megaways and Cash Vault to be added at a later date.

Red Tiger games have been available to BetRivers.com players in Pennsylvania and have quickly become some of the most popular titles on the platform.

“We are excited to partner with Evolution to bring these top quality and much-loved Red Tiger casino games to our players in Michigan,” said Richard Schwartz, CEO of Rush Street Interactive. “RSI was the first to debut the Red Tiger games in the US where they are already some of the top performing games in Pennsylvania. We are thrilled to now launch Red Tiger in Michigan where we are sure these games will become fan favorites for our loyal players there as well.”

The merger between Evolution Gaming and Red Tiger brought together two of the most prominent game developers for the iGaming sector, and their partnership with RSI was the logical next step for both sides, according to Evolution’s Commercial Director for North America, Jeff Millar.

Rush Street Interactive on the Rise

The financial reports for Q2 of 2021 are in and the RSI results have shown them to be at the very top of the online gambling industry in the US.

Compared to the same period last year, RSI’s revenue has jumped by 89%, going from $65 million in 2020 to $122.8 million in 2021.

This number was still not enough to compensate for all the costs, as RSI showed a net loss of $14 million in Q2 of 2021, compared to a net loss of $50.6 million in Q2 of 2020.

Another encouraging stat for the company is the number of real-money monthly active users, which went up by 128% compared to 2020, with the average revenue per user being $377 for the quarter.

With these numbers, the 2021 revenue guidance for the full-year 2021 has risen to $465-495 million, which is a significant increase to previous expectations and a considerable growth compared to 2020, which had revenue of $278.5 million.

“While new market access is a key pillar to our growth story, we also continue to work diligently to expand our exclusive content offering for both sport betting and casino games, as exemplified by new partnerships with GTG Network for co-exclusive sports betting information and Boom Entertainment for exclusive casino content,” said Schwartz. “Stay tuned for the launch of new and exclusive offerings in coming quarters.”

Evolution Partnership to Improve RSI’s Position in Michigan

BetRivers is not among the market leaders in Michigan just yet. That said, the newly established partnership with Evolution may be just the thing they need to catch up with online casinos at the top, as RSI continues to build the brand in Michigan and other states.
