BetMGM continues to build its network of partnerships with its newly announced collaboration with Cheddar News, a nationwide digital-first news outlet.
The agreement, announced on Aug. 2, calls for BetMGM, one of the iGaming industry leaders in the US, to become the exclusive sports betting partner of the Cheddar News network. The partnership is designed to interconnect the sports betting and financial markets.
The plan calls for Cheddar News to air weekly shows on Thursdays at 4:30 pm, with the hosts looking into the weekly sports schedule and its impact on Wall Street. Viewers will gain exclusive access to inside information from well-informed BetMGM oddsmakers.
The new show, called Cheddar Bets, is scheduled to launch on Aug. 19, with a custom-built BetMGM branded studio in New York nearly ready for the first broadcast.

The partnership between BetMGM and Cheddar News has had a positive impact on both sides, as representatives of both companies spoke out about all the positive implications of this deal.

BetMGM’s Chief Revenue Officer Matt Prevost concurred. “As BetMGM continues to invest in innovative sports betting content, we’ve found a great partner in Cheddar News,” Prevost said. “Through Cheddar Bets we’ll provide informative and entertaining programming to engage new audiences.”
As BetMGM continues to gain traction throughout the US, its iOS and Android apps are becoming available to an ever-growing audience. The company remains dedicated to responsible gambling education and the new show will provide information that may be useful to players in this aspect as well.
